Naval Postgraduate School - the Center for Information Systems Security Studies and Research - Located in Monterey, California, the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Information Systems Security Studies and Research (NPS CISR) is the Country's foremost center for military research and education in Information Assurance (IA), defensive information warfare, and computer and network security.
